We understand that insurance can sometimes feel overwhelming. Our team is committed to supporting you in organizing and understanding your coverage. We will do our best to help you navigate your benefits and provide guidance in the process.

In-Network Plans
In Network

Please contact your insurance carrier directly to confirm your benefit information. Any details provided during the verification process should be considered an estimate and not a guarantee of coverage or payment. Insurance plans often include limitations and exclusions, and final coverage decisions are made only after your claim has been received and processed by your insurance carrier. Any copayments, deductibles, or charges for non-covered services are due at the time of service.

 

We accept most commercial insurance plans and Medicaid plans. Please contact us to verify whether we accept your insurance provider.

Out-of-Network Plans
Out of Network

If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, you may still be able to use your out-of-network benefits. Coverage varies depending on your plan, so we encourage you to contact your insurance carrier to confirm your specific benefits for outpatient therapy. We are happy to provide the information you’ll need to submit claims to your insurance company, and we can answer questions to help you better understand your coverage.

However, we can also provide you with a superbill on a monthly basis to help make claim filing easy for all of our patients. We accept all major credit cards and HSA cards, as compliant with your HSA policy.

Good Faith Estimate
Good Faith

Effective January 1, 2022, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) that explains how much your medical care is expected to cost. Under federal law, health care providers are required to give a Good Faith Estimate to patients who:

  • Do not have insurance, or

  • Choose not to use insurance for their care.

 

A Good Faith Estimate includes the total expected cost for non-emergency items or services. This may include therapy services, related medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and other related charges.

  • You will receive your estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your scheduled service.

  • You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling any service.

  • If your bill is $400 or more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.

  • Keep a copy or photo of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
