Bio:

Chelsea is a Reading Specialist with a heart for creating a supportive, structured, and encouraging environment where every child can grow and succeed. She is passionate about meeting students where they are and using thoughtful, data-driven instruction to guide their progress, especially in foundational areas. Chelsea values strong communication with families and believes that collaboration is key to helping each student reach their full potential. She is especially dedicated to supporting diverse learners and fostering a learning community where every child feels confident, capable, and cared for.

Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Western Kentucky University

Outside the Office: 

Chelsea is actively involved in her community and church. She resides in Adairville, where her husband serves as pastor of Adairville Baptist Church. She enjoys spending time with her family and her two young daughters, who keep her busy with activities like dance, gymnastics, and soccer. She cherishes these seasons of life and the meaningful moments they bring.
